LandLister is designed for and advertises to buyers of land. Buyers attracted to LandLister are looking to buy various types of land, with or without a home and improvements. Buyers may be looking for vacant land, residential lots, a luxury home with acreage, development land, farm land, hunting land, and a variety of other types. It is a one time fee of $20 for one property, or $50 for unlimited properties at one time (plus the normal monthly subscription fee of $15 or $30 per month). We will ask you some questions, and you can mail or email us pictures, whichever is easiest for you.

It is $15/month for one property, $30/month for unlimited properties. There are no hidden fees and no commissions. Our fees are low compared to other advertising services, and there are no long-term commitments. When you sell your property, or would like to cancel for any other reason, contact us and we will cancel any future charges to your card.

We created this service to make it easier for buyers to find the piece of land they want to buy. That begins with advanced search options for the buyer to quickly find properties that meet their criteria, and the ability to save those search criteria and get updates. We run TV commercials nationwide, targeted to audiences interested in land. You will not find 3rd party advertising, competing for the attention of buyers, or "featured" properties that are featured because the seller pays more money for that placement. We want the buyers to find land based off the land criteria they find most important. By making the experience easy and powerful for the buyers, sellers of land will want to add their property to this site.
